A legislative bill has been introduced in the Washington legislature, seeking to allow convictions for municipal indecent exposure ordinances to count toward determining felony status. A second conviction for indecent exposure, and you're a felon! HB 1333 would also allow indecent exposure convictions in ANY jurisdiction to count toward felony status.

HOUSE BILL 1333
HB 1333 was introduced on January 20, 2005 by Rep. Al O'Brien at the request of the police department of the City of Everett.
